The gym is little but it's very nice and clean. The staff is super nice and attentive.Classroom is small but so far the classes I've been are great. The people that attend to the classes are very nice too so the environment is great.
I have been a member of Retro for about 3 years. They have helped me put consistency in my exercise routine. For me if I dont go out and do it I get consumed with stuff to do around the house and do not exercise. The staff is very friendly and helpful and so nice that I enjoy going there if not to exercise simply to just say hi and chat for a few minutes. Great Place.
Cool gym, but if you're looking for the real deal, I would suggest UFC Gym Frankie Edgar down in North Brunswick. Legend has it that Frankie himself visits regularly and teaches classes.
Mostly nice and clean but the building isnt helping especially on mens washroom.
Someone is instilled the things from the lockers, so be careful guysI don't want someone to happen the same as me
