Hillsborough YMCA is by far the best YMCA in Somerset county! They have the friendliest and best counsellors. I feel like we the people here treat each other like family. I love it here!
I've been at this y nearly 10 years and it is an amazing place to work and be a member. People really care about each other and it really brings the community together!
The people are great! But it is very dirty. The bathrooms are the worst I have ever seen. Also the classes aren't up to date..only one studio that is very small and very dirty. The gym didn't offer enough different classes. My son said there wasn't even a sink to wash his hands in one of the bathrooms. Much better places out there to work out and much cleaner. Glad I left
I hate this Ymca. It is small , locker rooms is disgusting along with the equitment. Never coming back.
This is probably the worst place for basketball summer training. The whole summer tthey have alternating camps going in and out of the gym the whole day. The only logical answer to solve this problem would be to ask for a schedule, right? No it's not. The people their don't know anything, but act like they do. It's way too often when I call and ask for a detailed schedule, and they give me it so I can pin point when I can start my training. Of course, someone is running a class or the campers are using it when I go in at the appropriates times. A membership here is very expensive, and I'm canceling mine. Don't waste your money here.
